John Kelly is the coordinator of public policy issues for ExxonMobil's Upstream Business. He has been with ExxonMobil for 32 years in positions for economic analysis, planning, finance, and public affairs.  He graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in economics from the University of St. Thomas, and he received his master's degree and Ph.D. in economics from Rice University.
