Ewell E. "Pat"
Murphy, Jr., is a retired senior partner of the law firm of Baker Botts LLP, where he headed the firm's international department. He is now an arbitrator of international business disputes, and he teaches international business transactions at the University of Houston Law Center. He is received a B.A and L.L.B. from the University of Texas and a Ph.D. from Oxford University where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
